Refunds and Returns

At Alfa Mobile, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Should you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Please note that certain digital products, such as airtime, data, and top-ups, are not eligible for return.
